Would You Wear Galoshes?

Looks like nowadays there's a 'fashionable' way to protect your shoes from stormy weather, they're called Galoshes. At the beginning they seem like a slightly cooler version of a crocs flat or even worse the reincarnation of the wet shoes you used to wear when you were 10,  but these things got quite a lot of hype on the fall runway shows (I know, amazing right?).
The main supporters were Prada and Emporio Armani. These things are meant to work as sole and cover for your shoe. It's hard to believe someone can actually pull them off, but once you take a good look at them, they do seem like a cool way to keep your beloved brogues away from the shitty puddles also adding a touch of color to your outfit. What do you think?
