Neon Indian played this Saturday in Mexico City and some guy's told me it was great. I feel bad the Palma team couldn’t be there.
But anyway, for those of you who don’t know Neon Indian, they are from Texas and New York. Alan Palomo and his band are the ones that provide all the music and artist Alicia Scardetta the one that makes all the visual effects for the music. They are very new, and some blogs and magazines have considered them “Best new music of the year”, after this statement, I think it’s worth listening to judge for ourselves.
I really liked their music; I think they are very original and love all the sounds they make because they kind of remind me Daft Punk’s electronic/pop style. Their videos are also really different and cool.
Finally, the remix they recently released for Au Revoir Simone's "Another Likely Story" is really great and I loved it.
