They are from New York. Tunde, one of the members of the band, was an artist; Sitek, another member, worked in movies and music production, he also worked with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs. They started recording some EP’s and little by little the other members started to join the band; after the release of “Return to cookie mountain” in 2006 they became world known.
